Meet your hosts

Two women, one shared belief: that families flourish when they feel truly supported.

Ruth Santosham

Ruth Santosham

Co-Founder, CultivatED & Founder, Sprouts Academy

Ruth built Sprouts Academy from the ground up on one guiding principle: seek first to understand. After two decades leading in early childhood education in the Dunbar community, she's the steady, experienced hand behind CultivatED, believing that supporting the adults who shape our kids' lives is just as important as supporting the kids themselves.

Nimi Braich

Nimi Braich

Co-Founder, CultivatED & Managing Partner, Sprouts Academy

Nimi lives the tension every parent in this room knows, building a career while staying present for her kids. With a background in Early Childhood Education, HR, and business, she co-founded CultivatED as the space she wished existed for herself: one where parents and educators don't have to navigate it all alone.

A day built for parents

In February 2026 we ran CultivatED, a day for parents and educators, and it was too good not to bring back. In February 2027 we return as Replenish, built just for parents.

Workshops

Three workshops run in parallel, each one repeating across both sessions, so you choose two of the three.

  • Fuel like it matters.

    Health & Nutrition

    Golnaz Mindell & Emily Schach

You're feeding everyone else first, again. Skipped breakfast, cold coffee, dinner made from whatever's left. This workshop is about putting yourself back on the menu, real nutrition for parents running on empty.

  • The hormone talk nobody has. Everybody needs.

    Women's Hormones

    Dr. Joan Li, MD

The exhaustion sleep doesn't fix. The mood swings that feel bigger than you. Dr. Joan Li breaks down what's really happening hormonally at every stage of parenting, and what to do about it.

  • The identity shift no one prepares you for.

Matrescence & the Identity Shift of Motherhood

    Cayley Benjamin

From newborn days to empty nest, one question keeps resurfacing: who am I now? This workshop names it, matrescence, and gives you language for an identity shift that unfolds at every stage of motherhood.
